Machining

You require high-quality parts at an affordable cost, and we deliver by milling and turning with our state-of-the-art CNC machines. We're also capable of producing short runs (1 to 100 parts) to long runs (101 to 5,000 parts). We work closely with our tooling suppliers to ensure we have the most efficient and cost-effective method of machining parts. We use our knowledge to determine what machining method should be used, i.e., CNC or manual machining, and if parts should be pre-cut using our material cutting abilities to reduce cost.

CNC MACHINING

We provide precision CNC machining with 4-axis milling to produce complex parts efficiently and accurately. We can mill parts up to 24” high, 30” wide, and 40” long, and turn round parts up to 3” in diameter with a feeder or 10” round blanks. We work in both metric and U.S. units and hold a standard tolerance of ±0.005".

Our services include threading, tapped holes, and design support to minimize waste and reduce costs. We machine a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and plastics. MANUAL MACHINING

We also utilize a magnitude of manual mills, and lathes to assist in the production of various parts that don't require the precision of a CNC machine.
